Philosophy

  • Our evaluation processes are created as learning processes. We conduct evaluation in a way that helps to create a culture of self-evaluation and encourages feedback. We focus on sustainable feedback that can immediately be integrated in the learning process. Self evaluation, in our opinion, represents an indispensable part of quality management and quality improvement.
  • We use a multi-perspective approach and attach great importance to the views of all persons involved, in order to gain a broad picture of as many dimensions as possible.
  • We use mainly qualitative but also quantitative instruments designed for the individual context with a particualr focus on social processes.
  • The aim is to empower people who work in the field of education by opening a new perspective regarding learing and professionalisation and activating their potential for growth. We achieve this aim by accompanying and monitoring innovation processes in educational contexts, giving training in self-evaluation and offer an external perspective for additional reflection.
